Legislation in New South Wales requires all Vendors to hold a Contract for Sale of Land before any form of marketing can commence. The Contract discloses important information about the zoning of your land, easements and other restrictions, as well as verifying that you are legally entitled to sell. Our unique e-contract is password-protected and published online, which allows your sales agent to download the Contract direct from our site and take your campaign to market immediately.

Our online contracts are designed to assist your sales agent to email the Contract to prospective purchasers with just a "click". We provide your sales agent with a copy of the Contract on CD, which they can give to your purchasers to take to their legal team. Your agent also recieves a paper based copy. We regularly visit real estate agents to show them how easy it is to pop the CD into their computer and print out more copies of the Contract to hand to your purchasers.
